What they say:
Dig deeper into robotics with the intermediate-level Robot Arm Trainer Kit.
The Robot Arm has 5 moving joints and 5 separate electric motors which provide a full range of movement.
A wired controller lets you direct the robot arm to grab, release, lift, lower, rotate wrist, and turn a full 360 degrees.
The gripper hand can pick up objects that weigh up to 5 ounces.
Includes step-by-step assembly and operation instructions and can be assembled with basic handtools.
What we say: Toy, on and off control and no position feedback. A waste of money.

What they say:
The kit includes
Electronics
Mini SSC II (Mini Serial Servo Controller). Easily control up to 8 servos from a PC, Basic Stamp, microcontroller or single board computer.
Mechanics
All the hardware and structural components to build the robot arm and gripper, base enclosure and six high quality Hitec servo motors.
Software
Floppy disk for IBM-PC with demo program. The software is written in Quick BASIC ver 4.5. It allows you the ability to move the arm via the keyboard, save positions to a script file, single step and play the scripts back, save and load the scripts to disk. The source code is included in ascii so you can modify it with any BASIC.
What we say: Toy with RC servos, no position feedback and inaccurate.
